We want to thank all our members for your patience and understanding while this change takes place. You have completely blown us away by your support and generosity!

FAQ-Why did we make the change? This was a tough decision to make and one we would have preferred not to. Our long term processor was no longer making changes/improvements to the system we have used for many years. Instead of being forced to a system not of our choice, we decided to search for the best fit of our choice. This is a ongoing work in progress. These conversions are never easy, but we assure you it will be for the better in the end! We welcome your feedback and suggestions!

What’s going away

Our audio response phone system, CUSA Talk, will be retired effective March 1st. Please see online/mobile banking to monitor your account. Of course, our staff is always here to help if you wish not to use online sources.

What’s new

This robust system will include stronger integration and enhanced services to better serve you!

Some examples include Courtesy Overdraft Protection Pay, electronic notices, faster posting for Remote Deposits, just to name a few!
